Announcing a new award by TAPC - "TAPC's Temporary/Contract Employee of the Year"! The deadline is February 6, 2009 to nominate someone!

Looking for another way to distinguish yourself from your competitors and bring recognition to your temporary or contract employee? Here’s a NO COST way to do just that! Nominate your best temporary/contract employee for this annual award and honor them while bringing recognition to your firm.

TAPC’s Temporary/ Contractor of the Year Award for 2009 – nomination deadline is February 6, 2009!

TAPC’s Selection committee is now accepting applications for the most outstanding Temporary/ Contractor.

How do you nominate someone?
•To participate, the nominating firm must be an active member of TAPC.
•Each member firm may nominate one individual for the award.
•There is no cost to enter a nominee.
•Nomination forms must be submitted by fax or email no later than Friday, February 6, 2009.
•The nominating committee will notify everyone who sends in a nomination by February 20, 2009 of their decision.

How is a winner selected?
The committee will base their decision on the following criteria:
1. Tenure and Longevity 2. Evaluations from client companies and any other supporting documents
3.Flexibility and Adaptability
4.Professionalism and Attitude
5.How the nominee represents themselves & the staffing firm

How is the winner recognized?
The winner will be invited to attend TAPC’s annual awards banquet held Friday, April 3, 2009 at the Omni Riverway Hotel in Houston, Texas. TAPC will cover the expense of the awards banquet ticket and a one-night stay at the Omni Riverway Hotel (if traveling from outside of Houston). During the banquet, the winner will be recognized by our membership and presented with an award. All companies who nominate an individual will receive a certificate for their nominees. TAPC requests that the person/firm submitting the winning nomination to also attend the banquet.
